Also, while I was flower-bombing just a bit ago: I had NO IDEA earth worms moved as fast as they fucking did. OMG. I almost screamed. I was scratching up earth with my hand cultivator and I saw these long flicks of movement. I swear to fucking god the things leaped up and then DOWN ZOOM into the ground. 

It was horrifying. 

I am not ashamed to admit that, after it rains, I screech if the sidewalk is covered with worms. It’s worst in the dark because then you can’t see if you’re stepping and squishing them. BLEEEEEeEHHHHHH

I won’t go on about how my summers have always been spent combing my yard with my cousin for worms so that we could go fishing.
